Wings agency is affiliated to CSA theatre school but run separately by Agency Director Sheila Ashworth. Both Brett East(CSA theatre school director) and Sheila Ashworth work closely together to select and represent at the appropriate time those students who show promise and aspirations to work professionally.
Established for many years, wings is a respected and recognised agency with an excellent reputation for supplying young people to film television and stage who are “real” with a professional standard of skills.
Agency Director Sheila Ashworth has successfully placed students in various projects and some past credits include Becoming Jane, Silent Witness, V for Vendetta, Flyboys, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Eel Island, Living It, My Family, Holby City, The Bill, Home again, Alpha Male, MI High as well as various soaps and commercials for Nivea, Persil, Nintendo, Kellogg's and Walkers to name but a few.
• Students may apply to join the agency after an initial 6 months with CSA theatre school.
• Students will need to successfully undergo an audition workshop.
• Entry to Spotlight the professional casting directory is required.
• Students will need to supply professional photos.
• Students under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a licensed Chaperone or parent to auditions.
• Getting an audition does not guarantee professional work.
• Most auditions are London based but students must be prepared to travel and possibly at short notice.
• It’s a demanding profession, a supportive family is a must.
