Centre Stage Academy Theatre School

The academy accepts students from the age of 5 up to 21 years. On arrival all students must sign in, students then join the rest of the academy in a group warm up, this is a great way to focus the mind and warm up for the session ahead. Students rotate through various workshops of that week and very few weeks are ever the same.

At the end of each workshop there is a short break before the next one begins. A sense of community is important to us so at the end of the session we gather everyone together again for a final time before saying our goodbyes till the following week.

•Students receive 3 hours training every weekend

•They divide by age into 3 groups; Take 1: Age 5-9, Take 2: Age 10-14 and Take 3: Age 15-21

•For the first hour the first group learns to ACT the second to SING and the third to DANCE

•When the hour is up the groups rotate

•By the end of the 3-hour session all students have worked at all the disciplines
